My wife and I first communicated online regarding one of Peggy's lots for sale and told her there were other areas we were interested in. She was outstanding in gathering information for us as we had never been to Vonore or Tellico Village and were traveling from across the country to visit the area. She met us the morning we first began to look and took us around the area fully explaining to us the details of the area and what to expect if we moved. We ultimately found our dream lot and Peggy negotiated for us and we got a fantastic deal.
