We used Peggy Jackson to help us buy our home because she had a high rating on the list of Zillow realtors. We have only ever dealt with 2 other realtors in the buying and selling of our old home, but we knew from buying our first home that Peggy did not play by the rules. She spent the first day showing us houses that I had already seen online and ruled out. I had given her a list of homes that I wanted to see, which she brought us to on the second day. We almost missed out on our dream home because she wasted our first day. During this two day process, she told me that I needed to "narrow it down" because we were doing "too much driving." When we put in our offer, Peggy failed to give us any comps because she said that nothing had sold in this area in the last 6 months (which we later found out was a lie) yet she recommended we put in a full price offer and highly recommended we go above asking (most likely so her pockets would be lined with even more profit). If nothing had sold in the last 6 mos, we probably could have gotten away with a lower offer. When it was time to close on our house, she brought us to the MOST expensive real estate lawyer in town (again so she would receive her kickback and special gifts from him... while we got a pen). I would never recommend Peggy Jackson as she put a very bad taste in my mouth. It was the worst experience! Find someone else.
