Ms Holdrens character, effort, and achievement were stellar. As an out of state seller, I was not able to handle many of the details of getting the house and lot ready for sale and ready for closing. She procured contractors and provided oversight, getting the property on the market rapidly for top dollar, while providing wise advice along the way. Peggy was fantastic! She always had someone to do what needed to be done to get the property ready to sell! The people she recommended were always reliable too and did a great job! She always was accessible and returned my calls quickly! She was always ready to help whenever and however she could! When my sister passed away she went the extra mile to help me find a phone number and address for my other sister that had not been in touch with us for twenty years so I could let her know about her death. She is now back in the family and we keep in touch all the time now. I lost a sister but gained one back thanks to Peggy! She was my only other sister! I will always be so grateful to her for that! Peggy also took the time to check out realtors in Green Bay, WI for me when I was having to deal with selling my sisters house. She did all of this while we were in the process of selling my step mother-in-laws house here in Champaign, IL. She is great at her job and such a caring person! She was also the realtor that sold my mom's house back in 1999 after her death. It sat on the market with another realtor for a long time and nothing was done. When I got Peggy she had caravans and open houses (that was back when they did those) and she got it sold right away and it was a cash sale! We have been so blessed by her! She is a very special person and I would recommend her to everyone! She will always have a special place in my heart for all she has done for us!

Peggy wanted to list our house at about 25k over what we thought it was worth. We were reluctant to let her because aEURoetime was of the essenceaEUR? and we wanted a quick sale (due to job relocations). Although we thought she was crazy, we proceeded with her recommendation. FOUR HOURS later we received a FULL ASK OFFER and accepted. We were not surprised to learn Peggy is a top realtor in the area because she clearly knows what she is doing. She, with pinpoint accuracy, determined the value of our home given her extensive knowledge of the market and experience in the profession. She was an incredibly strong advocate that was unwilling to settle for any offers less than our home was worth. She was a great communicator that answered all of our questions and guided us through every step of the process.
