When it came to selling my home, I felt Peggy would be the best real estate agent to represent my home. I contacted Peggy and arranged for a meeting within a few days. I was only expecting an initial meet and greet but during the initial meeting, the process for selling my house was explained very well. Timelines and expectations were discussed and I felt comfortable signing a contract during that initial meeting. The listing price was considerably higher than expected. Peggy was interested in listing the house right away but I had to hold off to complete some light maintenance. As stated earlier, I wasnt expecting the process to move along so quickly.
