Peggy Childers

I was born & raised in Idaho, growing up on a horse, cattle & sheep ranch southwest of Council. After graduation from high school I went on to Link's School of Business for a degree in Office Management. My work history includes being a mom, babysitting, cleaning houses, banking, city clerk, nurse's aid, escrow clerk, office manager, sawmill shift supervisor, photography assistant, collections, bookkeeper, real estate agent, and finally real estate broker. My real estate career began in 2000 when I went to work as an office manager/realtor assistant in Stayton, OR for Prudential Real Estate Professionals. After moving back to Idaho I got my real estate license and worked for Century 21. After two years I got my broker license and started my own company, Lone Tree Land Company, LLC. In addition to being a broker/owner, I am also a property manager. Lone Tree Land Company, LLC serves Idaho & Oregon.
