I asked a simple question and she ignored it. She even lied and said she would answer my question, which I had restated 3 times and still didn't answer it! When I told her nevermind, you are obviously too busy, I won't contact you again, she texted back " as a matter of fact I am, I will get rid of your information". No apology. If she was professional and respectful, all she needed to say was she's too busy and give me another agent who could help me.
