Our relationship with Iris and Pax began when we were searching for a rental home. Although the home that we were interested in renting was only listed for sale and not rent, they approached the homeowners on our behalf and asked them if they would be willing to rent their home to us, and the homeowners agreed. When we were later in a position to purchase a home, Iris and Pax went above and beyond to help make that happen.
