1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First thing you want to do is be prequalified with a lender, doing so will help determine what price range of homes to look for. It is also important for me to have your loan limit amount to monitor, hoa fees and taxes as they are factors in your monthly home payment
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Location, Location, Location...that isn't the only thing that sells home, its important that the home shows well and if possible to meet all loan programs. I can help make it a smooth process for all parties.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My most fondest transaction was recently with a young man recently divorced that needed a home quickly and in the school district for his children so that he could get his custody. It was a very emotional day at closing for all parties.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I worked in book manufacturing as a Quality Manager for 15+ years and when my job was eliminated, I went into Real Estate as I love working with people and helping to make their dreams come true, for buyers and sellers.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have my Graduate of Real Estate designation, SFR designation. I've been in the business for 12 years as a full time agent and have been very successful and loving every minute of the job
