Pauline Knipe

Born and raised in the Washington Metropolitan area, I attended the University of Maryland and graduated from the University of New Orleans. Since 1999, I have been a licensed Realtor focused on serving home buyers and sellers in Vienna and the surrounding areas. Since that time, I have sold over $200 million in properties and have consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors (producers) nationwide.

I enjoy walking my clients through the challenges of every real estate transaction so that it is the least stressful it can possibly be for them. I am particularly adept at advising people on how to prepare a home for sale and how to price a property to move aEUR" without having it be undervalued.

I also apply creative thinking to every situation in order to deliver results, whether that means deploying grassroots marketing tactics or tackling tough negotiations from a fresh, new angle. I've found homes for several buyer clients that were never on the market solely by seeking those sellers out in specific neighborhoods of interest to my clients.

I have lived in Vienna since 1996 with my husband Jim, a former USMC Officer, and our two sons. My favorite past-time, apart from hanging out with family and friends, is petting dogs that are out for a walk with their owners, as I run along the W&OD trail. I have yet to meet a dog that I didn't love.
