OMG, she is FABULOUS, personable, kind, organized and a true advocate for her clients! She was available on the fly and is sensitive and insightful, masterfully addressing key issues before they were even mentioned by either side. She handled tedious factors creatively at a personally challenging time and was able to secure a special no-doc loan (unfamiliar option to me) while my divorce was still pending and skillfully negotiate a much lower sale price, ensuring the seller paid for our home inspection...and accelerated the loan process and secured the perfect closing date just in time for the start of school. Paula also found the right title company and shepherded me through the additional stressful requirement to have my husband sign away his dower-rights...which he used to tease me and slow down the process of my moving out at the time I decided to leave.
