I was out of town for the sale process. Paula handled all of the repairs needed from the inspection report. She kept me informed through the whole process of getting bids, arranging for repair people to come and when the repairs were finished. She even arranged to have a mobile notary come to me so I would not have to travel for the closing. She made the sale of my house easy.

She was tireless in helping us find our house, was always there when we had questions, always gave us sound and measured advice, and consistently went above and beyond in every phase of the house-buying process. We lived 1100 miles away and Paula made every aspect of long-distance home buying easier. She visited homes we discovered online, sent us videos with commentary, and spent hours on the phone answering our questions about what shed found. When a problem cropped up during the negotiation process, she took it on herself to dig deep to find a solution. When she wasnt satisfied, she dug deeper.
