Living in another state meant I needed a real estate agent I could go through this purchasing journey with remotely. Luckily, I found Paula Burrows. From the first phone call I could tell Paula would help me through the process from a distance. There was little inventory available in my desired area, so when a property became available, it could have an offer within a day or two. She offered to tour a property and take a video and photos and provide all the information that was important to me. And thats just what happened. When there were disagreements about some home inspection items, Paula was patient and worked through a tough situation when the seller was not budging on anything. Her calm demeanor through this kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done aEUR" and she did! Paula and her team managed all facets of my purchase and kept me apprised of updates in a timely manner. And Paula followed up with me a week after taking possession of my new home. I mentioned the seller had left many items I would need to dispose of, and she arranged to have the items hauled away! I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Paula Burrows and her entire team. If I ever need to sell my current home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes.
