After a poor experience with a previous realtor, I decided to do some research before engaging with anyone else. This research effort led me to Paula. Almost immediately, I knew I had found the 'right' option. Our initial meeting was with her husband Micheal and that too, was a plus. Prior to actually viewing some of the options we had selected, Micheal took the time to ask us relevant, detailed questions and to provide very useful guidance based on our responses. He was very thorough and explained lots of things we had not fully grasped that could have led us to make very poor purchasing decisions. We prefer to handle as much as we can on our own and they both provided us the freedom to do that while also knowing when to step in. We eventually found the property we were looking for and that is when we engaged with Taylor. He makes a great third member of the team as he is just as thorough and efficient as Paula and Micheal. We completed the process with Taylor and he also provided plenty of useful details and was always prompt/attentive. We greatly appreciate their guidance and support throughout the land buying process. We highly recommend this team!

Paula seemingly had no idea as to how to market price my home. Listing it for over a year, she produced only a few showings. Recently, I informed her that it is obviously over-priced. She told me that it was once again "another instance of a seller pricing the home too high and blaming the realtor". It was my fault that I agreed to the current price? She insisted that I pay for an assessment as she had no idea how to price it. I was dubious to say the least.Recently, she stated she had so many calls and contacts for the house but claimed that there were no showings because people just aren't traveling to see homes. Well, the sales activity in the area contradicted her assertion, as well as, the home is fully booked on VRBO with people from all over. Seems that people just are traveling to see her listings? I specifically listed the house for VRBO to attract qualified buyers, and, although the house is fully booked for the summer, she never reached out to rental manager to utilize this resource. I asked her to provide report regarding contacts and activity and when I didn't receive the report I contacted her office staff. She berated me after her staff told me that they didn't have any activity records for the listing to share. We recently terminated the listing agreement with her after she offered, as said she didn't want to deal with a dissatisfied owner.

The only reason the ratings are 5 star is there is no higher designation, if there were, they would surely deserve it. I seriously doubt your transaction will be as unique as mine was but despite the challenges faced, Paula and her incredible team made it seamless as well as painless. From the initial showing with Michael and the countless updates by Marilou and Bridget, it was an incredibly professional and personal experience. Paula negotiated a difficult and drawn out (on my part) contingency and demonstrated the kind of knowledge and professionalism seldom seen in today's market. Bridget gave me individual attention with a personal touch. These folks treated me like family instead of a client. Do yourself a huge favor and give them a call with your real estate needs.
