Paula took over the company after the loss of her partner, Martin Garcia, in 1995. Since our inception we have strived to consistently implement the Highest Standards & the best tools available in our Quest to provide Quality service to Our Customers.Her vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Investments, Vacant Land and Management of Residential & Commercial Properties is a great asset to the company. Staying current with market trends and economic changes is a must in this industry and Paula does just that. Paula has the knowledge and experience the recent down turn in our economic situation calls for in Short Sales, Loan Modifications, Foreclosures and Investment strategies.Paula believes it is important to stay informed on the latest changes and trends affecting the real estate and mortgage lending industries; first time home buyer programs, marketing techniques for sellers and economic advantages for investors.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do's: stay current on all debts; pay credit cards down to a balance of no more than 30% of your credit limit; respond to all lender requests as soon as possible; be honest, your credit report will tell all; be prepared with sufficient funds to close.
Do Nots: Do not incur any new debt; do not co-sign for anyone
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Clean the interior, de-clutter, freshen up with paint, place plants in living area to brighten up the atmosphere, don't burn candles but do have air fresheners. keep the yard neatly cut and trimmed
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
all types: Investors, New Construction, Residential, Land, Builders, Landlords
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Sold a home to a long time client: The sale went smoothly, the property appraised for less than sales price so he was thrilled. The home was in the city on an acre; perfect for my clients' needs!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 1980 I started working with a builder, Cliff Zarsky of Texan Homes, selling his new construction homes in the Calallen area of Corpus Christi. the builder liked me so much he hired me to manage all his rental properties.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I took real estate law courses at Del Mar college, those were credit courses, not non-credit. I taught real estate contracts at the Del Mar College non-credit course classes. In 1999 I obtained my mortgage brokers' license; I worked with Apex Lending as a licensed Mortgage Broker from 1999 to 2007.
