On our very first day looking at homes I knew that the last house we saw was the one. My son could stay in the same school and our dog has his very first fenced in yard. Although I was scared to buy a house I thought about it and within 48 hours put an offer. Paul negotiated and within the week we were on our way to my owning our new home.
