Hi. I've been helping people buy and sell their homes in San Diego since 1991, so I've been all over the County, from Oceanside and Escondido in the North County all the way south to Chula Vista and as far east as El Cajon & Santee. I love helping people just like you realize their dreams of owning a home by fitting together the pieces of the puzzle and finding *just* the right home in *just* the right area. Whether it be a nice family suburb with great schools, hip downtown metro condos or cool homes within walking distance of the surf, I cover it all. I also really enjoy working with sellers who are trying to maximize their profits and get their homes sold for not just the most money possible in today's market, but to do so with the least amount of hassle and in the best possible timeframe. I also believe in constant communication with all parties, so we all are continually in-the-know.
