I had an awesome Realtor in John Morris and I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. John and I talked about what kind of house I was looking for and I gave him a good insight to what I wanted. As I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for as soon as I saw it. I would say 3-4 months went by and John stayed in touch when most Realtors would probably have given up. Finally I came up with a list of some houses to look at, John set up times to show the ones close or similar to what I wanted. After looking at 1 or 2 houses I think John hada really good idea of what I wanted. A little time goes by and John suggested that I should take a look at this house. He says it's very close to what I've been looking for with a little extra. We go ny and check out the house and john is right! This is exactly what I was looking for the size of the house, the rooms, the land with no neighbors 2-3 feet next door, and I got a pool that I wasn't looking for. Now the price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but John and his office was great at pulling comps and working all hours of the day and night to get the deal done. These guys in this office works hard for their clients.
