This is my wife and I?s first home purchase so we needed someone that was willing to help us understand the home buying process as much as help us find the home. Paul made us feel comfortable asking questions and was very detailed in his response. He truly made us feel like our concerns became his. When looking at homes Paul would look at what the homes in the area sold for and present us with a local sales report to help us bid on properties. For what we wanted out of a home and what our budget was, short sales seemed to be the best option. Again Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the process and what to expect. He even helped us prepare for things that shouldn?t happen but is some cases do. Our short sale started when we placed our bid in early November 2012 and finally closed escrow on February 8th. During that time Paul was always available at almost any hour(we have a newborn so we were up at weird hours). Anything we ever asked was answered promptly and we were given regular updates as things happened. Even after the sale Paul has been available to answer questions or lead us in helpful direction. If you need help finding a home or if you are new to the experience, having Paul?s help will make the experience be as exciting as it should be!!!

They were very patient with me in the searching process, as I have a very hard time making up my mind, they took me to many houses, quite a few times and seemed very happy to do it.As I had lived in my previous home for over 30 years, there were so many new documents to sign, and some of them were totally out of my comprehension ( and this was after the sale was completed!) Paul and Denise helped me stay on track and get these documents where they were supposed to go and on time as well. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!!
