Our experience with Jade, Paul and the Talbot team was seamless from beginning to end. In the spring, they coordinated the sale of our San Leandro home. The Talbot Team assisted me with the sale of my single family home in the Estudillo Estates neighborhood of San Leandro, CA in July 2024. It was serendipity indeed that led me to find the Talbot Team. I wanted a local real estate agent and I was lucky that Jade & Paul reached out to me with one of their mailer brochures.
