First of all, Paul and Austin suggested a listing price that was 3 to 5 times higher than all the unsolicited offers we received in the mail. They suggested some work to prep the lots for sale (clearing driveways and building pad of trees/weeds) and put us with a contractor who did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
