My experience working with Paul was 5/5 stars. I interviewed a few realtors and Paul's initial presentation to earn my business, was unsurpassed. While other realtors came to me with stapled pages from their home printers, Paul presented me with an actual bound book with color glossy pictures of comparable homes as well as market trends. He walked me through the book, explaining each page. Furthermore, he listed my property well above what other realtors recommended and netted me more cash than what the other realtor's suggested listing price. Moving onto negotiation skills, Paul has over 30 years' experience and it definitely shows in his ability to leverage. Paul is completely rounded in his skill set and I couldn't be happier. Buying a home is a major life decision, that is why it is important to find a realtor that will really listen to all of your wants and needs and try to find the best possible solution. Paul was very knowledgeable about the area, he was available anytime and he honestly cared about finding me a place.
