About Paul Schneider

I am a veteran Real Estate Broker with 30+ years of experience in the industry. I am a full-time Realtor, meaning this is my only job. It is apparent that treating people the way I would want to treated when Buying or Selling, perhaps the largest investment of their lives, to be paramount in order to be successful and to make the process a positive experience for my clients. We treat each and every transaction as if it were our own and find that using Honesty, Integrity, and plain old Hard Work separates the men & the boys every time. I moved to Prescott from rural Nebraska and enjoy bike riding, hiking, hunting, golfing, and just about anything that goes on outside. Thus I am right at home in Arizona and have no plans on going anywhere and find the mild four seasons very conducive to my lifestyle and believe most would feel the same way given the opportunity.

My experience working with Paul was 5/5 stars. I interviewed a few realtors and Paul's initial presentation to earn my business, was unsurpassed. While other realtors came to me with stapled pages from their home printers, Paul presented me with an actual bound book with color glossy pictures of comparable homes as well as market trends. He walked me through the book, explaining each page. Furthermore, he listed my property well above what other realtors recommended and netted me more cash than what the other realtor's suggested listing price. Moving onto negotiation skills, Paul has over 30 years' experience and it definitely shows in his ability to leverage. Paul is completely rounded in his skill set and I couldn't be happier. On a final note, Paul is great to work with because there is no "fluff", no "personal opinions" only professionalism. Selling your home is stressful, but Paul makes it emotionally seamless. I have bought and sold four homes over the course of my life and by far I would highly recommend Paul Schneider as my "go to" realter hands down.
