ZillowVERIFIEDPaul was helpful in setting the price and getting the process moving at the beginning, however he got busy with other listings and handed over responsibility to his aggressive associate Daniel. Unfortunately I was not kept informed of any issues. When I asked for a status the week before closing, I found out the buyers paperwork was not processed and the closing had to be delayed. I was continually asked by Daniel to make calls and follow up on steps needed for the closing. When I informed Paul of my concerns, he got very defensive and yelled at me. I was already under a lot of stress from just losing my mother and being the sole executor of her estate. The closing happened 3 weeks after the initial date due to misstep after misstep. Due to the unprofessional behavior, handing off responsibility, losing the condo keys and having a very stressful closing, I would not recommend him.

Paul made the most thorough presentation -- including a paperback book explaining his approach to the business, which was candid, insightful, and helped me a lot in how to understand and approach the process; this book alone is worth consulting him !Then he made by far the most careful and best evaluation, based on the property's unique features, and recommended a higher listing price than the others. And in retrospect, this was clearly not "high-balling" to get the account, because he quickly brought in an offer higher than the listing prices recommended by the other agents. He responded very promptly to phone calls and emails, giving useful and thoughtful replies, and he provided us with help in various ways that were 'above and beyond the call.' It was a wonderful experience !
