Eric helped me through the process of buying my first house when I had no idea what I was doing. He talked me through every single step from pre-approval, to what kind of things were negotiable in contracts and what kinds of things to watch out for when looking at different properties. Since I was so new to the process, you can imagine I was nervous and asked to see every possible house that popped up and had about a million questions, and Eric patiently worked with me to find the perfect starter home. In the last two years, I think every friend I have who purchased a home in the area did so with Eric's help. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and kind. He went above and beyond to make the process easy for me to sell my property from another state. This was my first sale of a property and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was always quick to respond to texts and changed his schedule to be available for me. He handled everything for me in dealing with the buyers since I live in another state and was able to secure a new garage door opener since I wasnt there to do it myself and it was required for the sale.
