Our first agent always said yes to every house we visited and always rushed my husband to run the financial check. She appeared to be disappointed every time that we didn't put an offer on the houses, she showed us (all just 4 houses) She couldn't even make a seller agent get back to her.Soon I decided to look for a new agent and found PaulA, Homesville Realty Group on Yelp. Calling Paul was one of the best decisions of my life. Paul was knowledgeable and always there to help and answer our questions. Paul recommended us an agent from his team, Blake, who is ABOVE and BEYOND. Blake was HIGHLY experienced and could point out right away what were the downsides of each house we visited. He wasn't afraid to tell me that one house I found was a dump Blake, as well, was very knowledgeable about Austin areas and he learned what kinds of houses we liked and never made us feel like we need to put an offer right away. He never told us that we needed to sign an exclusive with him nor asked us to do the financial right away. He knew if we wanted to put in an offer, we would go ahead and get all the financial documents done. Whatever questions we had about the house, Blake always helped us find the answers, including scheduling a contractor to check if we could remodel the house to be the way we like. We finally found the house we really liked in North Austin. Blake was brilliant and knew what things in the house we could bargain. When we needed some time to think before making the decision, he knew how to talk to the seller agent. Indeed, he always knew the way to talk to the seller agent in order to get what his clients wanted. Blake also recommended us the credit unions and a home inspector, who did an impressive job for us. Blake always made time for our concerns even if sometimes it was quite last minute. I can say Blake was always with us throughout the process and he still stayed behind after we got the keys. This is the 3rd house we bought and so far, Blake is the best buyer agent we have ever worked with!! My husband likes him too. Definitely recommend!!! 5 stars plus or the highest star as an agent can be!! Thank you Blake and Paul!!
