Thankfully I did, because my purchase process could have been pretty miserable and slow. I stumbled upon a cute house in Luzerne that would have been perfect for my girlfriend and I and decided after a walkthrough, I was ready to bid. He gave his professional and honest opinion on the amount I should bid for, and I went with it because it was a fair and honest price.
