We spoke with Peter and then met with him at our home. He took his time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our lot, which was located pretty close to the water with dozens of similar homes/lots would be tough to sell. Peter made the process incredibly easy and sold the lot in no time. The communication between us was constant and always answered any questions we asked. He was very thorough and patient. Peter and Paul invested a lot of time in selling our lot. I highly recommend Peter for all your realty needs. Professionalism is key and he definitely portrayed that image the entire time. We are very content with the results.
