Experience has been a great teacher: ? Originally from San Jose, California, I also spent several years in Livermore before moving to the Central Valley in 1998. ? I entered the real estate industry in 2001, starting my career with a loan and savings institution where I called on lending brokers and homeowners. Lending was an excellent fit, and I quickly advanced to become a top producing agent. I then advanced to mortgage broker and built a top producing team. ? In 2005, I opened my own brokerage offering lending and real estate services. I also began to attract investors as a part of my clientele selling real estate through finance. After the major economic breakdown in 2008, like many professionals, I chose to focus solely on one thing, and it was real estate. The bottom line is that I understand how to get to the bottom line. Knowing how finance and real estate work hand in hand has brought great benefits to homeowners who have worked with me. I truly love the team I've developed and enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate through the highs and lows on the way to their real estate goals. Acquiring my first investment property, I had so many questions and did not know where to start. Thankfully over the last 2 years I had Teresa and her team help me through every question I had. She and her team worked tirelessly to find renters for my apartment in just a couple of weeks. They ran background and credit checks, did their due diligence with every applicant to ensure Id have renters in my unit that would take care of it and pay rent on time. Every time I had a question, she was there texting back or answering calls promptly. Her expertise in the real estate industry is backed by her own experiences as a property owner and knows what it is like being in my shoes. Her ability to guide and advise based on market conditions allowed me to get a very competitive rent for my investment property. Any issues with the tenants, Teresa took care of everything and allowed me to be as involved or as absent as I wanted. Their tools make collecting rent very pleasant (also really easy to download reports for taxes at the end of the year). Finally, when it came time to sell my property a few weeks ago, Teresa held open houses and followed up with leads. In a market that is tough to sell in, Teresa worked with me and countered offers as they came in. I could not be happier with the results that her and her team were able to achieve. I know when I'm in the market for another property, I will be coming back to Teresa to purchase and manage it! I recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you again for everything!

As a first-time home buyer the process of buying a home can seem very daunting and stressful, but Fernando and his team made it very easy and straightforward. He helped us with finding a home, submitting an offer, ordering inspections, requesting repairs, negotiations, paperwork and kept my fiancA(C) and I informed every step along the way. He made sure we knew exactly what we were buying so that there was no surprises once we moved in. He is a very knowledgeable realtor and it shows. The house we wanted had multiple offers and Fernando helped us draft a competitive offer that was eventually selected.
