Paul is a true professional. My husband and I just moved down from MI (born and raised) and do not have a full grasp on local neighborhoods, businesses and amenities. We told Paul we'd like to drop a pin of our son's current address (here in FL) and we'd like to live in a two-mile radius of him. Our son, Jeff and his lovely wife, Jill are adopting a baby and we don't want to miss a minute of being grandparents again! Additionally, our immediate family (military) has been separated for 17 years. Our two sons proudly served in the US Navy and finished their military careers here in FL. Reunited again!!We also gave Paul a bit of a low budget for the surrounding area during these current challenging times. Paul was always one step ahead of the curve. He knew about properties before they listed, personally knew sellers, informed, educated and advised us regarding local rules, regulations and laws. Ex: Age of roofs/insurance coverage, we waived inspection, but Paul was able to provide us with recent inspection so we could get a reduced rate of home owners insurance, cautioned us when our emotions got the best of us and we would have paid terribly over price for a property, but also respected our final say, moved our closing closer to our temporary rental and saved us traveling to unknown location and when he didn't know the answer to one of our many questions he found answers immediately. He even texted with the seller during our initial viewing and final walk through of the property. How's that for immediate response to questions/concerns. Paul answered 99% of our calls, texts and e-mails immediately and when he wasn't able to, he responded in a timely fashion. Not to mention he often checked in on us to see how we were holding up during the entire process...even when there weren't any homes in our arena available. He was always on time and respected our schedule.For our final offer he honestly and ethically guided us, again, saving us money I would have tossed in to sooth my emotions...I'm a grandma for crying out loud. Additional offering incentive would have benefited Paul, but our best interest was his main goal. In our wildest dreams we never thought we would find a property exactly in the city we wanted, 2.1 miles from our family, in our budget and TURNKEY READY...however, I won't be home, I'll be rocking my newest grandchild and thanking our lucky stars for Paul. Lastly, my sweet sister Susie is moving down from MI mid-June. Paul has already been keeping an eye out for properties in her (even lower) budget, even closer to me than 2 miles, she's 65 so turnkey would be great for her too...let's see if he can do 2 for 2.
