To say we were satisfied with Paul would be an understatement. It was an absolute honor to have him guide us through the process. Allow me to explain. We searched ad nauseum for our new home. My husband and I tend to disagree on home styles, sizes, as well as others home characteristics. Our search proved to be quite lengthy and a bit wearing on the nerves, but Paul did not give up on us. Paul was unlike any realtor we had previously dealt with. He was free of sales tactics and gimmicks. He was not trying to sway our decision or tire of the tedious search for the right home. After a month or so of searching for the right home, I finally began to realize what was different about Paul. He genuinely understands the importance of home and what it represents. A safe and comfortable environment where family will come together to relax and release the stresses of the day. A place where wonderful memories will be made, holidays spent, special occasions celebrated. A special heartfelt place that in years to come, parents will tell their children how wonderful it was growing up in that home. Our home buying experience was amazing. No stress, no anxiety. I credit this positive experience due to Paul's patience, professionalism, knowledge, superb communication, and his honesty. Paul has strong principles and will always do what is best for his client.
