We lived in Ohio and was looking for a home in the Waynesville, Maggie Valley area. Paul treated us as if we were his only client, meeting with us considering our time restraints. He set up several homes for us to see in order to find out what we liked. Homes in the south are entirely different than in the north. we had basements and no mountains. Paul explained what was common here and why. He told us negative points of certain homes or locations, such as heating, road access, type of construction and weather. This all took place in two days. We went back to Ohio and a few weeks later got a call from Paul and he said he had our ideal home. he sent pics and specs. He put a hold on it for the one day it took us to get back down here.
