Sheila&Bob Gorman When my husband and I began our search for a home in Pa. from Md., a real estate agent in Maryland recommended Paul Gunder from Coldwell Banker in Waynesboro. Paul has been patient, provided local familiarity, thorough knowledge of the real estate market, and answered all the myriads of questions we had. Because we lived out-of-state, I sometimes reached out at odd hours. Paul was responsive and adapted schedules to try and fit in last minute showing. If he didn't have an immediate answer to some of my questions, he, or Jill did the research to find it. After my exhaustive searches online, we ended up purchasing a home Paul had heard about. Because he knew us and what we were looking for, Paul recommended a viewing. Before we even made it through the front door, my husband was planning where to put stuff. He talked us through the process and kept us abreast of what was happening. He even moved up our settlement date to be present before he left town for vacation. If I ever (and I hope I NEVER) move again, I would highly recommend Paul as your real estate agent.
