Let me be VERY CLEAR about this.... Paul is an absolutely AMAZING Realtor! His attention to detail and the incredible amount of information he provided really allowed us to pick the perfect home!!! We were trying to buy in a very difficult market. Paul worked with us on 5 different properties until we got what we wanted. We were not always easy to work with but Paul never gave up on us. He negotiated a deal and finally handed us our key. He knows the local market well and explained everything to us. Since we are from out of town there were many differences between states and processes. He got us through all of this and was very responsive to our needs.
