My foremost concern was finding a realtor who would be wiling to work with me, look out for my best interests, and be able to answer many of my questions in a prompt manner. Paul fit all of those requirements and went above and beyond my expectations. My first meeting with Paul was excellent, he let me know that the home buying process was about me and we would not stop looking until I found what I was looking for. Paul was very quick to set up appointments to look at properties and was helpful in offering his suggestions or his opinion on the property we looked at. This really helped me to make my final selection on the condo I now have. Paul's knowledge of properties in Nashua, especially condo associations, was extremely helpful in answering questions about the rules of them, but as well as if they were self-sustaining and quality associations. Overall Paul was an excellent realtor and made the home buying process a breeze! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home in and around the Nashua area!
