Paul did such a great job getting us our house. We found the one we liked a lot and the sellers went with another offer. Then he had a feeling about a week later and called the agent to see if the other offer had fallen through and it did and he said "What do I need to do for you to accept my offer?" and now here we are with the home we love and it appraised for more than we offered for it! He did whatever he could to help us and knows what he's talking about!
