When asked for advice he provides it. Most importantly he fights for his client. Specifically in our case he communicated our wishes/demands to the seller(s) without trying to convince us that we should compromise. Everyone knows that buy sell processes can be highly stressful, and on top of that I know I can be hard to please sometimes, but despite all that he managed to make the process look more manageable.
