Incredible experience with Paul. Great follow up, available when we needed him, only showed us relevant properties that fit what we were looking for. But far and away his greatest attribute was negotiation and looking out for his client. We put an offer in on a house...that we REALLY wanted. After the offers were submitted, we were doing the walk through and found and issue with the house. Not a little issue. A big one. He called them on it. They told us to pound sand. He suggested we delay closing. Did I mention we REALLY wanted this house!?!? We trusted him, and when he call the other realtor and said my clients are going to delay closing until this is resolved, my heart SANK! Not only that, the selling realtor was in the same office as he was! The next day we received a resolution that was feasible enough for us to move forward. I loved that he was willing to go to the mat for us even in dealing with someone in his own agency, and he was willing to make the hard decision that wasn't comfortable for us, but was beneficial for us. I wont make a transaction in Butte with anyone but Paul.
