It was an absolute pleasure working with Paul and the rest of the ERA Team. Paul is unlike your traditional realtor and was very open, honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I reached out to him about a home he was flipping and we were able to negotiate a purchase price prior to it hitting the market. The home was ready within the agreed to timeframe and we closed on time. He was also able to complete some aEURoeextrasaEUR? that we requested that we flee to negotiated to make the home more personal to us. Closing went without any hiccups and he even completed the paperwork for the seller side prior to leaving town to allow us to move in early. I highly recommend Paul if youre interested in buying or selling a home in the area! You wont be disappointed and he helps make the processes seamless. He was also kind enough to donate his vehicle that was stored on the property for us to gift to a local high schooler in need of a vehicle to improve her living situation and it will allow her to get a job and support herself and create endless possibilities for her future. Paul and his team were exceptional.From the first time we met to discuss selling my house until after it sold, he was honest and transparent, giving me confidence in doing business with him and his team.He showed exceptional knowledge of the local market and area, giving me realistic expectation and advice about the price, needed upgrades and repairs, and timelines of completed work. I was informed of completed work, open houses, professional photos, social media post, showings, and buyer feedback several times weekly, and if I texted him with a question, I immediately received a call back to go over information in detail. There were several unknown or uncontrollable blockers (repairs, open permits, rising interest rates) that arose as we were in the selling process. He was able to navigate the uncontrollable by giving professional advice backed by local and current data and was able to resolve the controllable issues without any need for me to intervene.When receiving offers, he was able to present to me the good, the bad, and the ugly part of each and was able to give advice and recommendations on how we should proceed. I felt confidence in his inputs at every decision I made.When we first met, I told him that I did not know how to sell houses, but I needed a partner who did understand it and could own that process for me. Because of his professionalism, I was able to be hands-off and trust him and his team to give me the best experience possible.
