Such as, due to his pricing strategy the house sold Day 1and ended up $23k over asking with an AS-IS buyer! WOW! The Twp is very strict issuing Cert of Occupancies and Paul did the heavy lifting getting forms completed, fees paid and inspections scheduled. But a quality of Paul's worth noting is his calm demeanor due to experience. Every time I spoke to him my stress level dropped. He made things easy. He was always quick to respond. I would use him again in an instant.
