Paul Beatty was an absolute pleasure to work with. My boyfriend and I looked around here and there at houses on our own and when we were interested in one we contacted him. Paul walked through the home with us and provided details about that home and what he thought we could get it for in terms of an offer as well as what it was actually worth. Paul works incredibly fast and we had an offer in and accepted that very day. Getting all the paper work done in a timely fashion was a breeze because Paul would actually drive to our various places of employment to get our signatures on documents and explain to us what can be a confusing and stressful process with loan companies, banks, inspectors, etc. Paul was always just a call or text away and always getting back to us in a timely manner as well as reminding us when paperwork had to be in. Lastly, although we were probably the people most excited about closing on our first home, Paul was a close second. In fact, I don't think I will ever erase the friendly, happy voice message he left he me letting me know that all the paperwork had gone threw and we were officially homeowners. It is obvious that he takes pleasure in helping his clients find the perfect home for them.
