After our offer was accepted, Paul recommended a very knowledgeable and professional inspector and helped us negotiate with the seller. He always kept us up to date whenever there was a development and was easy to get a hold of at any time. We also appreciated the personal touches; my fiancee mentioned that she liked a certain antique store, and he remembered and gave her a gift card to that store at the closing.
