Patty Scarlet is nothing short of AMAZING! I was selected to spearhead the sale of my family's 78 acre farm in Cass County, NE. The farm was collectively owned by 7 total family members including myself- none of which reside in Nebraska, or together for that matter. With various locations, goals and expectations amongst the sellers, this was no simple task- especially for the Realtor, Patty. My Aunt and Uncle had previously met Patty, and were very impressed with her knowledge and tenacity. They introduced me to here shortly thereafter. I was captivated by her on our first call. She shared valuable information and coached me in matters I was not familiar with. We had to delay the listing due to a family member having to complete the probate process. Patty kept open communication with me throughout that time and exercised patience while still fielding my many questions. We were already aware of the value per an appraisal that had been recently done. When we were ready to list, Patty was able to pinpoint a listing price that satisfied all of the parties, and procured 3 potential buyers withing 48 hours of our listing. All of the offers were above asking!Patty's negotiating skills were on point. This was a very convoluted transaction involving multiple 1031 exchanges and many unexpected occurrences and details. She was more than composed during the entire process, and eased my worries and nerves when I needed it (multiple times lol).The transaction closed as plan, and went very smoothly. I attribute that to the great relationships that Patty develops with everyone she deals with. She's got great "people skills" and is as genuine as they come.
