Patty was outstanding! She took the time to get to know exactly the style of condominium I was looking for with the exact view and made it happen for me. Shes fierce when it comes to negotiating. Very knowledgeable about HOAs and taxes. Any question she was unable to answer immediately, she responded with the answer in a timely manner. She was prepared on each outing with comps and general knowledge of the area. Shes personable, knowledgeable and super efficient! I would highly recommend Patty for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Patty did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home. I highly recommend her, especially for first time home buyers. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we had the proper knowledge before purchasing a home. She always made time for us so we could view all possible homes and always gave us updates when there were new listings. She def made sure we found a home that met our price range and everything else we wanted in a home. We never had a hard time contacting her, and she would always keep us updated. Patty made the process of buying a home easy peasy, and were able to purchase a home/close a deal within two months! Patty was great through the whole process. We knew it was going to be more difficult in the current market but her diligence and good market sense helped us to finally get an offer accepted. Oh and that is just the start of the job for her, she personally oversaw every step of the process and left nothing to chance.
