Patty Gur is THE BEST REALTOR on the planet! Patty made the buying process very simple & easy by helping me understand what was happening every step of the way. She has a myriad of professional relationships. She connected me with my mortgage company, my homeowner's insurance, my escrow company, and even my cleaning lady. Her customer service is extraordinary. She helped me purchase a house even while I lived in a different city. Since I wasn't readily available to see a potential new home on the market; she quickly went with her team to the house to take pictures for me. She even went as far as to face-time me during her walkthrough. Patty was extremely patient with my plethora of questions. She also asked questions that I didn't think of. For example, she made sure the home I was touring didn't have any hidden issues and was up to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once I got into escrow, Patty continued to be diligent.
