About Patty Cole

Patty Cole is a seasoned real estate professional with a resume expanding from investor to agent. Patty began rehabbing houses in the Nashville area back in the early 2000s. She developed a portfolio with a range of investment properties consisting of flipping houses and rental properties. With her love for the market, in 2004 she decided to expand her career by getting her real estate license. She quickly became part owner of two real estate offices and taught numerous classes. Over the years, she has won several awards as the top seller and top agent. She has an enthusiastic personality and is excited to bring her knowledge of the Nashville market now to the Upper Cumberland.
