Patty is outstanding. I didn't have anything to do. She took care of everything from putting the for sale sign on my front yard to working with the Title Company for a closing time. She took care of everything in between. She was very professional and always called me when she needed me to make a decision which were always small such as the buyers wanted to move furniture in the home a day early. She knows the Baldwin County market and area.
