As offers came she made sure my interest was her first priority. She was very informative about what the market was and how much my house was worth. When home inspector came she helped me get everything accomplished. We had two offers. The first wasnt what she felt we should except because there offer was low and they wanted a large amount of cash to fix some of the repairs themselves. The second offer was full price. Home inspection was different things to do and she was very knowledgeable on all the things that we needed to do and we accomplished the repairs . Closing was very smooth. Pattie and her associate, Robert were on top of everything and I really appreciate all they did. Very professional team.
