About Patti McKelvey

After 30 years with the same brokerage, top-selling realtor Patti McKelvey has left McMillin Realty and joined Coldwell Banker West. Coldwell Banker West is one of San Diego County's largest real estate companies with more than 500 sales agents and seven offices, including an office in El Cajon. McKelvey's sales team was McMillin Realty's top producing team both in sales and listings for 29 consecutive years, she said. In addition to her rank as McMillin's top-producing agent, McKelvey said her team was number one in sales production among real estate sales teams countywide in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and was #1 in the South County for 2017. She was also named the #1 individual sales agent at Coldwell Banker West for 2017.     Party worked like a bulldog making sure things were done in a timely manner to get to closing. She had to work with another agent representing the buyer who didn't seem to grasp what needed to be done to close.

    Patti did an excellent job from start to finish. I was selling my house of 20 plus years and down sizing. Not only did she negotiate a great price on my house with a quick closing but also was instrumental in providing me with the resources to be able to move. I needed to sell my house, arrange for the moving of the items I was keeping and on the back end liquidate the items I was not moving. It was a daunting process for me. I couldnt have done it without her. She provided the knowledge and resources to enable me to move onto the next chapter of my life.
