I absolutely cannot say enough good about this real estate agent! My husband and I contacted her randomly and we are so glad that we did! We were to meet with her, but ultimately were unable to do so. Regardless, she talked with us over the phone and took down our wish list. She had no way of knowing if we were serious buyers. Patti Burton doesnt let grass grow under her feet. She listed the house on Friday. Called with an offer on Saturday. Sent us a contract on Sunday and we closed a month later.
