Where do I begin with Patti? So obviously everyone is aware how crazy this housing market has been. I reached out to Patti in November 2022 to begin to get a feel for the market. Our first conversation, Patti was up front with me about how challenging it would be, especially as we were utilizing a VA loan. However, Patti was persistent, providing us options and areas to consider buying in, so when it was time for us to start putting in offers (as our lease was expiring) she was able to find us a house and get an offer accepted IN ONE WEEKEND OF ACTIVE SEARCHING in early Feburary 2023.
