Biography Patti Blosfelds is South Jersey through and through. Born and raised in Palmyra, and now residing in Delran, she has spent her entire life creating and maintaining connections throughout Burlington County. She established herself initially as a paralegal and real estate agent, then after starting her family in Delran, as a top selling Avon salesperson. Most importantly, she has given back to her community by volunteering countless hours for the PTA, Girl Scouts, Tenby Chase Swim Club, and as a Sunday School teacher for over 25 years. She handled our estate sale while we were remote and took responsibility for many needs and details that we could not handle remotely. Patti is incredibly hard-working, accurate, reliable, and honest. She successfully orchestrated our estate sale, which involved 5 owners, including another estate. Three of our owners live out of state, which required constant communication oversight. She found creative ways to complete settlement on time despite complications from inspections, attorneys, differing opinions, and owner availabilities that changed right up to the morning of the settlement.

Patti was amazing! Our circumstances were unusual. We had somewhat of an estate sale with five members of the family named as sellers, making her job much more challenging. We were a few weeks into a house cleanout that was going to take a few months, with only one of us located in-state. She had been through a death in the family with subsequent house clean out and was empathetic to what we were going through. She offered suggestions to help us with our part - we knew we were in the right hands. Because she sold so many houses her experience was invaluable to us. We set a timeline, and Patti made sure it was met. Sounds easy, but behind the scenes Patti was as diligent as they get. When issues arose, she took a step ahead with a solution or had options to offer us. She kept in timely communication every step of the process (sometimes with all five of us one on one) and was able to answer all our questions, with the backup of her professional network. The peace of mind we had working with Patti was priceless during an extremely sensitive time for our family. We received a cash offer for asking price and closed in three weeks, just two days before her daughter's wedding. Also, she was away on family vacation more than once during our time as her clients, but we never felt it, she never stopped. Patti is exemplary and will not let you down. Patti was a wonderful agent who we would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house. She helped us tremendously every step of the way as we recently sold our home. Her organization and communication skills made the process seamless. It was extremely difficult letting go of our home of 30 years, but Patti was always there to provide resources, lend advice, and listen. She is a hands-on agent who is literally willing to roll up her sleeves to help in any way. Her diligent work preparing to sell our home helped in selling it quickly and over asking price. Where do I begin with Patti? So obviously everyone is aware how crazy this housing market has been. I reached out to Patti in November 2022 to begin to get a feel for the market. Our first conversation, Patti was up front with me about how challenging it would be, especially as we were utilizing a VA loan. However, Patti was persistent, providing us options and areas to consider buying in, so when it was time for us to start putting in offers (as our lease was expiring) she was able to find us a house and get an offer accepted IN ONE WEEKEND OF ACTIVE SEARCHING in early Feburary 2023. We closed on that house, the only house we put an offer on, in April 2023. We were able to do achieve this success in this market because of the information Patti armed us with. Post offer acceptance, and into the closing process, Patti again was responsive and helped us navigate challenges with the seller, making communication between ourselves and the seller's agent a breeze, and making the whole process seamless. Do not pass up on working with Patti, you won't regret it!
