If there was an option for 10 stars, Patti Blosfelds would have earned all 10! I never imagined a house sale would be so personal, so disruptive, so intense but the sale of my home was all 3 in one. Our journey began with an introduction on a walk through our town. We were headed in the same direction and just got to talking. We have alot in common and very quickly became friends...and then I found out Patti was local relator with a heart for our area. Divine intervention...probably. A gift from God...without a doubt. God knew I was going to need Patti; unbeknownst to me there were multiple deed restrictions on my property that were not disclosed by the sellers at the time of purchase. I own the fact I did not have legal representation (and I will never make that mistake again!); but the deed restrictions were not fully disclosed until 20 minutes before our open house!
