If I could give 6 stars for both areas I would.As a real estate agent Patrick is unmatched. He an his team led a full overhaul of the property post rental for us while we lived out of state. They were thorough and completely transparent at every stage, armed with multiple quotes for work, guidance on where to put our money to best work, and continuous communication. With Patrick's guidance we listed our property with very little put revenue required, quickly got to market, and obtained (with a smart listing price) over ten offers in one weekend. We sold our property above ask within one month from listing at above listing price and set a new top price for our square footage and zipcode. Patrick went above and beyond with local knowledge, pricing advice, full 360 degree video walk through, and complete attention to detail for listing through inspection and sale close. For property management Patrick and his team are highly responsive to tenants, look for the right cost sensitive solution, and maintain a top notch ownership portal that makes even out of state rental ownership a breeze. For four years I never had to worry about a single repair, lease turnover, or payment thanks to his team. They thoughtfully screened possible tenants, mark ted the property, provided quality pricing advice, and quickly turned over between tenants. I had perhaps 3 months of unoccupied time over two tenants in 4 years, including the turnover from my previous lesser when Patrick took over the property. Top notch agent, manager, and team. Honest, thorough, informed, transparent, responsive. I would recommend Patrick in a heartbeat and would never consider another agent in the Tampa Bay Area.
