Patrick went above the call of duty. when my house was for sale. The home was broken into. Patrick was the one who found out first from the inspecter.He called me as soon as he found out to let me know what was going on.I thank him and headed home from work to check to see what kind of damage there was. and when I pulled into the drive way, there was Patrick.He had already called the police and was putting up no trespassing signs, allaround the property. If you ask me that says a lot about his moral character.Patrick did not have to do that, but he did because that it who Patrick is.Thank you Patrick. for every thing that you did for my family.Also he takes your time and your any concern that you might have, and takes care of them right away. ZillowVERIFIEDI honestly believe that there is nobody better in Oregon to help you buy or sell a home. Patrick has done both for us and exceeded our expectations in every instance. When we decided to sell from out of state, Patrick put together a professional marketing plan that would make executives at a New York marketing firm drool. Within hours of our decision to list, Patrick had gone to our house, taken pictures, created a MLS listing, and posted to all the popular real estate websites. I don't think it took a full day before he had a potential buyer on the property!We had rented the house for a year (with Patrick's help) prior to our decision to sell, and it needed some touch up to make it ready. Patrick thumbed through is extensive rolodex and had a professional cleaning crew and maintenance man on site almost immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if Patrick knew every person in the Portland area! It's awesome to have a former State Senator steering the ship.Within a day or two Patrick had filmed, edited, and posted a video walkthrough of my house. He even paid for adds to run on YouTube! He had flyers printed up and was calling his friends who he knew might be in the market. My house wasn't a million dollar house, but the effort that Patrick put forth made it seem that way.We had a full price offer within two weeks. When that offer fell through (because of a buyer financing issue), Patrick delivered the news to me and had the house re-listed within minutes. He scheduled and attended multiple open houses and advertised those events just about everywhere.When another offer came through (again at full price) Patrick handled the plethora of contracts, addendum, and negotiations like a Harvard law professor. He worked with the buyer's realtor to get all inspections scheduled and kept me informed as to the status and results along the way.At closing I got more money for the house than I was expecting and walked away 100% satisfied with the whole experience. ZillowVERIFIEDI've brought and sold a few houses in the past with different realtors,, You know the type the one that are more interested in having their name on the flyer then leaving you to do it yourself, Then I ran across Patrick let me tell you, this guy is the best he not only gave me recommendations on how to spruce up the house before listing but offered to help if needed, Who does that? he was getting the word out that my home was going up for sale even before the listing went up, three day after it listed I was looking at four offers some even for more then what we listed it at, from the first phone call to him till the close, he kept me updated on every step, I've never had realtor do as much work for me as Patrick Sheehan give him a call you wont be disappointed I sure wasn't ,,, James Brant,, Portland Oregon
